DeAnna definitely knows her stuff when it comes to getting a property ready to hit the market. She made sure we had all of the necessary documents signed beforehand as well as relayed the entire process to us. We were very comfortable with her vs the other agent we interviewed. It took less than 3 hours to get an offer at asking price and contract signed. She was networking and advertising our home before we went on the market. All of what she told us at the beginning happened and happened smoothly. If something did go wrong or at a delayed timing, she took care if it because we heard of no errors. At inspection, she fixed some things at no cost to us. Even with repairs that may have occurred during negotiations, her home renovation company would have fixed it (for a cost) in which we wouldn't need to look for anyone!
